Straight Circle handles a very diverse array of design projects for Bear Metal Kustoms. From their website, stickers, print ad design, or postcards, Straight Circle has been involved throughout. And we loved every minute of it.
Hot rods and Straight Circle are a good combination
Bear Metal Kustoms provides Straight Circle with the unique opportunity to get involved in many different design mediums. These of course would mostly fall within the two umbrella categories of Web & Print design, but within those there is a huge variety. We've gone from designing promotional postcards, and stickers, to designing and hand-coding bearmetalkustoms.com. Let's take a look at a few of the mini-projects:
Print design:
Vintage cars, hot rods, and customs are the order of the day at Bear Metal Kustoms. Across all mediums the overall design of all things Bear Metal Kustoms is rough, vintage, and sepia. We used yellowed paper, torn up cardboard boxes, riveted metal plates, and pins to give the print designs an authentic feel when held and looked at.
Web design:
Bear Metal Kustom's website needed to be…well…custom! No templates or canned layouts would work for a company that builds and restores hot rods. The site had to be usable while also maintaining the vintage, classic feel carried from the print designs.
